Therefore, the Postgraduate University Master Programme deals with teaching the knowledge and skills necessary for effective Human Resource Management.
Graduates of the Postgraduate University Master Programme will be able to perform functions as a Human Resource Manager in an independent, strategic, and operational manner. For this reason, participants are provided with the latest methods, techniques and theoretical principles of personnel management, labour law and idea management, presented in a practical way.
